This Bulbasaur was first seen in Mandarin Island, it was an unkown Pokemon that was found hiding in the swers of Trovitopolis. The Pokemon was actually a giant Bulbasaur that was left behind by the Mayor of Trovitopolis and since then, it lived with Nurse Joy.
