Navel Rock (へそのいわ, Navel Rock) is an event-only location in the Sevii Islands and is the home to the legendary Pokémon Lugia and Ho-Oh in Pokémon FireRed and LeafGreen and Pokémon Emerald. Navel Rock can be accessed once the player obtains the MysticTicket. Navel Rock is also called Eight Island. Ho-Oh can be found on the left side of the stairs while Lugia is on the right.
