The National Pokédex is a Pokedex that contains all of the Pokemon from Bulbasaur to the most recent Pokemon possible in that game.

It is commonly accessible once you defeat the champion of the game or, as done is Pokémon Diamond and Pokémon Pearl, seen all of the Pokemon of the Sinnoh region and talked to Professor Rowan. In Pokemon Emerald/Ruby/Sapphire, Professor Birch gives it to you once you beat the champion.
