Moo is an ice/ground-type Pokémon owned by Diamond.

Biography

Moo first appeared in its Poké Ball when Diamond showed it to Pearl and Platinum. Moo was used against Dialga and Palkia. It tackled both Pokémon and then it used Blizzard to freeze them.
