Miror B is a Cipher Admin in charge of shipping the Shadow Pokemon out to winners of the Pyrite Colluseum challenge. He is quite famous among the internet, being obbsessed with dancing and training a team of entirely Ludicolos and one Sudowoodo, his shadow Pokemon. In the second game, Gale of Darkness, he has a much better rounded team, and more epic music. This game is why he is most famous, since he is overall awesome in Gale of Darkness.
