Miror B. is a Cipher admin, notorious for his preposterous dancing and for training his Ludicolo's. He is extremely popular on the internet. His main base is in Pyrite Town and his appearence is always accompanied by music. But later in Pokémon XD: Gale of Darkness, he wonders around the town, with Trudly and Folly, collecting Shadow Pokémon that has been defeated, allowing the player to try to catch them again. After completing the main game, you can catch shadow Dragonite from him, but only when he appears in the lighthouse in Gateon Port. He is always known by his famous moonwalk and funky dance moves during battle.

In the first game he had an army of Ludicolo's to use against Wes or the Player in other words, in Pokémon XD Gale of Darkness when he fights the Player it is noticed that he is using Lombre's instead of Ludicolo's, he uses Ludicolo later in the game but what happened to his old Pokémon remains a mystery.

He is known widely for his Battle Theme from Pokèmon XD.
