Michina Town is the setting of the movie Arceus and the Jewel of Life. It is a thriving town located nearby a river. The main feature of the town is the Michina Ruins, which pays homage to their savior, Arceus. Michina was once a desolate wilderness, having very few resources to bring up a town. However, this all changed when Arceus gave the Jewel of Life to Damos, who used its purifying capabilities to restore the soil, thus making the town habitable.

Michina Ruins[]

The Michina Ruins serves as a temple to the Alpha Pokémon, Arceus, who once granted life to Michina in the distant past. It is situated upon a rocky outcrop nearby Michina. The Ruins are currently guarded by the descendants of Damos, Sheena and her partner Kevin. This place also serves as a marking point to where Damos first met Arceus, who bestowed upon him the Jewel of Life's power. Near the lower levels of the Ruin, there is an ancient artefact known as the Space-Time Axis.
