The mayor is the character of Pokémon: Indigo League.
Biography
Season 1: Indigo League
The mayor let Ash, Brock and Misty into his house to give them food, despite the lack of water. He showed a path where Ash, Misty and Brock went to search for the source of the problem, as a favor.
