Max Elixir is an item introduced in Generation I that fully restores the PP of every move that the player's selected Pokémon knows. This item can be found in various locations and it can exclusively be found via Pickup in Pokémon HeartGold and SoulSilver and Pokémon Black and White. This item can be sold for 2250.
