Mask of Ice is the leader of Neo Team Rocket and his true identity is Pryce. He also has kidnapped Green and Silver. He use to have Ho-Oh, Celebi and Lugia. In the manga, he steals the G.S. ball from Kurt, along with the Silver Wing and Rainbow Wing. He owns a Delibird, Gastly, Houndour and Ariados.
