This Ninetales is a Fire-type Pokémon owned by the mansion owner.
Biography
Around 200 years ago, Ninetales owner who looked exactly liked Brock went on a journey and said he'd be back in a month leaving Ninetales and his servants to watch over the house. But the month came and went, then as time went on one by one the servants began to leave making Ninetales the only one left. After many years, she knew that her owner was no longer alive and began to leave but couldn't because she was bound by her Poké Ball.
