The Maniac Tunnel is a location located in Sinnoh on Route 214. Before the player gains enough Unowns to complete the cave, it is known as the Ruin Maniac Cave.

Depending on how much different types of Unowns the player caught, the cave expands. When the player gets all 26 Unowns, he/she can access the inaccessible part of the Solaceon Ruins where the ! and the ? Unowns can be found at.
