Makuhita (Japanese: マクノシタ Makunoshita) is a Fighting-Type Pokémon introduced in Generation III.

It toughens its body by slamming into thick trees.

Its special abilities are Guts and Thick Fat.

Evolution

Makuhita evolves into Hariyama at level 24.
