Magic Bounce is an ability. Pokémon with this ability are not affected by status moves and instead reflect the move back at the user. This includes statistics-changing moves (e.g. Leer, Scary Face), status inflicting moves (e.g. Thunder Wave, Will-O-Wisp), entry hazard moves (e.g Stealth Rock) or other non-damage inflicting moves (e.g. Attract, Spite). Magic Bounce basically reflects the same moves that Magic Coat does.
