This Milotic is a water-type Pokémon owned by Pike Queen Lucy.
Biography
Pokémon the Series: Ruby and Sapphire
It was the second Pokémon Lucy used during her battle with Ash. Like Seviper, Milotic had an aggressive fighting style. It defeated Ash's Donphan (who attempted to use Rollout) with a single Hydro Pump. Milotic also held its own against Ash's Pikachu, enduring Pikachu's Thunderbolt and causing serious damage to the Electric Pokémon with Hydro Pump. The two sides clashed with Iron Tail, but Milotic managed to bash Pikachu away, inflicting further damage with Twister (countering its Quick Attack). Milotic then fired a Hydro Pump to push Pikachu to a boulder. As Milotic went to use Iron Tail, it got paralyzed by Pikachu's Volt Tackle. As Pikachu used Quick Attack, Milotic quickly recovered, and counterattacked. To beat Milotic, Pikachu used Thunderbolt on itself, to increase his electrical power, and then dived straight into Milotic's Twister and defeated it with a spinning Volt Tackle.[1]
Pokémon the Series: Diamond and Pearl
Milotic appeared in a flashback with its Trainer when Ash recalled his journey to earn every symbol from the Battle Frontier.[2]
