Lorelei owned a Jynx in all main Pokémon games. It debuted in Pokémon Red and Green, being at Lv. 56 and knowing Ice Punch, Double Slap, Thrash and Body Slam.
Anime
When Team Rocket attempted to take Lorelei's Pokémon, Lorelei sent Jynx, who froze them and blasted them off using Ice Punch.
Manga
Lorelei used Jynx with Bruno's Hitmonlee and Agatha's Gastly to attack Red's Pokémon.
