Biography

Diamond & Pearl arc

He is once mentioned by Byron when he stated the word "Interpool" making that Looker is a high ranking police officer unlike any other.

Platinum arc

He helped Platina to get more info about Distortion World.

Black & White arc

As said in the Platinum chapter, he goes to Unova to investigate Team Plasma and also appears disguised in the Pokémon League.

Black 2 & White 2 arc

Looker went to meet in Aspertia City with his assistant. He came through the Lack-Two's window because Lack-Two was the one that contacted him. He was then attacked by a Scolipede but Lack-Two's Dewott was able to free Looker from Scolipede. Looker thanked Lack-Two and tells him that he is his assistant. Lack-Two ordered Looker however to read the letter once more. Looker was shocked to know that Lack-Two was his superior and that he was a member of the Interpol when Lack-Two introduced himself as Black 2. Template:Incomplete-plot
