The Lock Capsule is a currently unreleased Key Item from a special event. When playing Pokémon HeartGold and SoulSilver, it can be transferred to Pokémon Black and White via Relocator. When received take it to Mr. Lock in Castelia City. He will unlock it and give the player TM95 Snarl.Although it is impossible to get unless using cheats currently, it does have 2 sprites, from Gen V and Gen IV.
