Liza is a Charizard Trainer in Charicific Valley. She first appeared in the Episode "Charizard's Burning Ambitions" She looks after the Charizard and the Charific Valley from poachers. Liza knew Ash had a Charizard so she decided to ask him, Brock, and Misty if they would like to see the Charific Valley. She also looks after Ash's Charizard when he left it there for training. She appeared for three episodes after this to help Clair, her childhood friend, stop a Dragonite from destroying the Dragon's Den. Her English Voice Actress is Lisa Ortiz.

Pokémon Information Charla is a Charizard that lives in Charicific Valley and belongs to Liza. Charla belongs to Liza, who maintains the Charicific Valley. Ash, Misty, and Brock got the chance to meet Charla while wandering through the Valley. Charla is Liza's only Pokémon, and her greatest partner, seeing as it travels with her to places outside the valley. She may also have a crush on Ash's Charizard. Charla ♀
