Lilligant has a feminine appearence, with a plant bulb like skirt. She has a red flower on the top of her head with a crown atop of the blossom. She has a yellow collar and leaves for arms. She has one long large leaf on the back of her head supposedly to resemble a single strand of hair. And in this fact it will always be female in Pokémon White along with it's pre-evolution, Petilil.
