A special pass to go to Liberty Garden. Board the ship in Castelia City.

Availability

The Liberty Ticket is an event item in Pokémon Black and White which allows players to obtain Victini. According to the game phamphlet, it is only available from March 6th, 2011 through April 10th, 2011.
