LaRousse City is an anime-only city located in the Hoenn region and was the setting for the seventh Pokémon movie, Destiny Deoxys, and makes a cameo in Lucario and the Mystery of Mew . It is a technologically advanced city with moving walkways and a large presence of Block robots. The city's main power source seems to be its windmills. The most famous attraction in LaRousse is the Battle Tower. The city itself features several Block Bots who perform various functions in the town.

LaRousse City is the city where the Pokémon Movie: Destiny Deoxys was featured. The only known character from this city is Drew.
