Kurt is a character appearing in Pokémon: The Johto Journeys.
Biography
Season 3: The Johto Journeys
Kurt was seen as a Slowpoke, as he gave Ash, Misty and Brock costumes, since they were wanted for stepping on a Slowpoke's tail (although by accident). He searched for Team Rocket, who breached into Slowpoke's cave, but injured himself. When, Ash, Misty and Brock stopped Team Rocket, he introduced himself to them and was given a GS Ball to study and gave the heroes Fast Balls. His granddaughter, Maizie, showed them some Apricorns they would soon give to Kurt to make Poké Balls out of them, though was given time to study the GS Ball even more. After Ash's battle with Bugsy, Maizie came and gave the heroes Heavy and Lure Balls to catch Pokémon before departing from the town away.
