Cubchoo (Japanese: クマシュン Kumasyun) is an Ice-type Pokémon introduced in Generation V.

Appearance

Cubchoo resembles a small polar bear. Its top half is light-blue while its lower half is white. Cubchoo also has the appearance of it being cold, as it looks like it is shivering. This can be identified by the frozen droplet of water coming from its nose.

Cubchoo evolves into Beartic at level 37.

- Cubchoo's English name comes from "cub", a baby bear, and the onomatopoeia for sneezing "Achoo".
- This evolutionary line is the second based on bears, after the Teddiursa/Ursaring line.
