Knot Island is the first island of the Sevii Islands including Treasure Beach, One Island, Kindle Road, and Mt. Ember. This place also has the Pokémon Net Center on which is ran by Celio. The player must give him the Ruby and Sapphire in order for the player to trade Pokémon from Pokémon Ruby and Sapphire and Pokémon Emerald. Here, Moltres can be found.
