Kinso who makes the Cascade Badges for the Cerulean Gym. Misty went to visit Kinso one day to get some badges. After realizing Misty had a Psyduck that couldn't swim, he refused to give her the badges. Psyduck redeemed itself by defeating the thieves and Kinso gave Misty the new badges.

Kinso's FeraligatrEdit

Kinso's Feraligatr was sent out as a challenge for Misty to determine if she was a worth Gym Leader. Misty began to call out Corsola, but Psyduck beat it out.
