Originally Kids' WB had sold all the past episodes to Cartoon Network (their sister network).After The Mastermind of Mirage Pokémon Kids' WB! announced that The WB would drop all anime programming due to The WB and UPN merging to create The CW this meant a new home for the children's block. On October 2, 2008 The CW announced that they would turn the block over to 4Kids Entertainment who would name it The CW4Kids. However the children's programming block was relaunched along with The WB into online networks.
