Keane is an Officer in Neo Team Rocket. He wanted to become a Elite Officer, but could never attain that position. He is one of the kids who were kidnapped by the Mask of Ice. He first appeared when he and Chermaine attacked the Team Rocket Elite Trio.

His Pokémon are Houndoom, Houndour, Magcargo, and Piloswine.

Trivia

Keane's design is based on the Rocket Executive sprite in Pokémon Gold, Silver, and Crystal.
