Kay's Raichu is a Raichu owned by Kay.

Biography

Kay met the Raichu on the boat and went to hug it. However, Raichu released a jolt, causing Kay to drop it in fear. Raichu began disobeying her for this fear. However, when Team Rocket invaded the ship, Kay trusted Raichu and was not scared, so Raichu blasted off Team Rocket and continued performing.
