Karate Chop (からてチョップ Karate Chop) is a Fighting-type move introduced in Generation I. In Generation I, it was Normal-type move but in Generation II - IV, this move was changed and became a Fighting-type move. As the moves name suggests, the Pokémon hurts the opponent with a Karate Chop.
