Route 9 is a route in Kanto, with Route 10 to the east and Cerulean City to the west. In Generation I, you can find TM30( Teleport) when you first enter the route, walk east, when walk south. In Generation III, TM40 (Aerial Ace) ,replaces TM30. Some of the Pokémon you can find here are Rattata and Spearow.
