Kandee is a character exclusive to the Orre region and its game, Pokémon XD: Gale of Darkness.
Appearance
Kandee is a young girl that wears a pink dress and has ponytails.
Biography
Kandee is first seen at ONBS on the second floor in a single room. Michael takes her to her mother after she is lost. She then appears in the ONBS studio as a television child star and singer. Kandee remains at ONBS for the remainder of the game.
