Joyous Tower is a dungeon that contains ninety-nine floors. Any Pokémon that has access to the dungeon are moderated to level one, this makes it one of the hardest dungeons in the game. The game will be saved automtically and the amount of money carried will be reduced to zero.

Joyous Tower is consequently unlocked after clearing Pitfall Valley and obtaining the Sky Blue Plains Friend Area from an alternative mission.
