Joltik (Japanese: バチュル Bachuru) is a new Generation V Bug/Electric-type Pokémon that first appeared in Pokémon Black and White. It resembles a baby jumping spider.

It can be seen as a relative to Spinarak.
No other Pokémon has the same type combination of Joltik and its evolution Galvantula.
At 0.1m, Joltik is the smallest known Pokémon.
Joltik is one of two Electric Pokémon that cannot learn Thunder, the other being Tynamo.
Joltik and Galvantula are the only electric Pokémon that can learn Electroweb.
Joltik is revealed as the "Smallest Pokemon" in Guinness World Records 2012: Gamer's Edition.
