Jessie is a member of Team Rocket. She tends to be a diva/actress and has a diabolical temper. She works with James and Meowth, and their main goal is to steal Pokémon, preferably Ash Ketchum's Pikachu. She and James have rivals, Butch and Cassidy. Jessie's name is sometimes spelt as Jesse because her name comes from the famous outlaw Jesse James.

This girl has a past cold was a poor girl whose mother, Miyamoto, disappeared in an avalanche when Jessie was very young, on an expedition of Team Rocket to try to capture the legendary Pokémon Mew, an organization within which unlike her daughter, was in a very high rank. As a child, his mother cooked with a "base ingredient," the snow. So, Jessie is used to getting snow in her mouth.

Not much is known about Jessie's past. In the chapter nine of the first season, Jessie talks about his bad memories of study in the Pokémon Technical Institute at that time already knew James; studied together for ' 'big test,but finally got the lowest notes of the school history, joining after a bike gang in Sunny Town''episodes later, while reaching the region of Pokémon, it did a sad commentary about his past, hinting that had grown there. More recently, it was learned that she was studying dance at a school with two friends, letting go of one of his first youthful loves'in order to pursue her dream of being a star. However, it fails the test of dance and regrets not having accepted the invitation to accompany the boy to compete in Pokémon competitions. Not much is known of his former love life, but she said that has never been very lucky in love as their grooms to have been treated unfairly and / or abandoned. Does a trio with James and Meowth.

In the games are supposed to Jessie and James have the same age as Ash. However, according to a special CD available only in Japan, Jessie and James are prowling the 20 in the second episode of Anime. Maintains a strong rivalry with Cassidy, continually fighting and taunting each other. Often referred to Ash and his fellow "fools".

Jessie has a strong relationship with their Pokémon and wants, even if they seem. It has a great friendship with a Blissey who knew long ago, Jessie never wanted to take this Pokémon with her because I knew it would not be happy living what she lives (because that Blissey is very affectionate and friendly).

Her hair has been cut / eaten on several occasions and this is something that saddens and / or get very upset. Jessie is not very smart to say, so if in doubt goes to James to have it cleared. Said to be bad but sometimes shows a girl with a good heart. Ella, James and Meowth dream catch the Ash's Pikachu since its first appearance, and although rarely they succeed they never give it to your boss Giovanni, with which he always dreamed of doing happy (though this not really appreciate them as they think). She, James and Meowth are fired multiple times into the sky out of sight for some Pokémon attacks, even by accident.

Wobbuffet	Sheaccidentally got to share his Lickitung with a guy named Benny in Chapter Bazar de Cambio. Know mantle mirror and counter. Almost always leaves his PokéBall as Misty's Psyduck. Sometimes I used to defend against attack, but some other flaw.
Seviper	She caught him after beating him "eat" Jessie's hair, which enraged him too. Knows the tail attacks poison, poison fang, grinding, repetition and fog. It has been used in many contests but never won.
Yanma Yanmega	She's got to throw the Pokéball after a coach is to weaken that was going to catch. It developed within minutes of being caught in a battle against Ash and his friends in DP080. It knows the wind attacks silver, past power, steel wing and sonic bombs. Because she won a contest and is one of the most used, although almost always loses.

Ekans Arbok	This Ekans was a birthday gift and was his most beloved Pokemon. Jessie accompanied from the beginning of the anime. Subsequently evolves into Arbok because Jessie wanted desperately to do so, but not required. It is released to protect a group of Ekans. Peck knew poisonous, Headbutt, Restraint and digging.
Wurmple Cascoon Dustox	Capture Wurmple like May, then Cascoon and then evolve into Dustox. The funny thing is equal to Wurmple evolves chronologically from May. He manages to win with his tape Competition No. 1. It frees him to go with a shiny Dustox to make a family and be happy. Attacks known as peck poisonous psicorrayo, tornado and spores always adored him and told him they would win all contests, fulfilling his dream only once.

Shellder	Find Shellder on a beach while looking for seafood with James and Meowth. James initially tried to capture after weakening it with Weezing, but Jessie released his first catch a Shellder Pokeball. Then he would bite the tail of Professor Westwood Slowpoke, Slowbro evolve into well, which keeps the Professor.
Charizard	Jessie receives a Delibird Charizard which uses a battle with James and his Aggron against Ash and Brock for control of Silver City Gym. In the end it is revealed that Jessie and James got those pokemon in error and that they were intended for Butch Cassidy and therefore must be returned to Delibird.
Magikarp	Buy a Magikarp (thinking it was a Feebas) Magikarps between a seller (which James has also deceived many times). It is released in the same chapter, the other will have to use dp in chapter 91 (which is a race).
Brock's Croagunk	Currently belongs to Brock Croagunk, but before that fought for Jessie, helping her, James and Meowth (Team Rocket) with false Gyms in Sinnoh.
Ash's Aipom	Aipom is provided by Ash after she saved the life of Pokémon, to participate in an unofficial Pokémon Contest. This overcomes the Pachirisu Dawn without much effort.
Machamp	Pokémon is one of the Giovanni entrusted by Jessie, James and Meowth to take time Green City Gym while the other issues should be addressed.
Kingler	Pokémon is one of the Giovanni entrusted by Jessie, James and Meowth to take time Green City Gym while the other issues should be addressed.

Psyduck	In a chapter of D / P, is negotiating with a Psyduck to use their psychic attacks to attract all the pokémon into a trap by the trap ondas.Cuando signal in a cage, gave their reward and it is going Psyduck .

Delibird	Usually it is the boss but only takes them a few things in the Johto region. In AG, leads to Aggron and Charizard Butch Cassidy. Then appear on DP for Jessie Yanma turn over the chief who was later returned by the last or because we already had many yanmas.

Chansey Blissey	They meet at a school for nurses Pokémon Chansey. Jessie went to that place because in the school where all sorts of accepted applicants for the post were without quota, so no choice, and determined to fulfill his dream, is integrated between the Chansey. This Chansey had problems early in their tests, so Jessie decides to help at the right time. Later, the school teacher, Jessie asleep surprise attack because of the song that the Chansey issued to sleep in their patients, so she was expelled. Hopefully this Chansey graduated but continued to have problems. Later, he is reunited with Jessie and evolved into a Blissey, where they separate again.
