Jessica is a character appearing in Pokémon the Series: XY.
Biography
Season 17: XY Series
She was the apprentice of the famous Groomer, Sherman. She tried to trim her Furfrou, but every time she did, Furfrou would run away from her. One day Furfrou accidentally knocked Bonnie, so Jessica apologised to her. She took the heroes to the local trimming saloon and introduced Sherman. When Team Rocket captured Serena's Fennekin and other Pokémon, Jessica used a stick to free Furfrou, who was caged. Their bond became stronger, allowing Jessica to style Furfrou to a Heart Trim.
