Jan is a character appearing in Pokémon: Indigo League.
Biography
Season 1: Indigo League
Jan was a legendary surfer who managed to ride the Humunga Dunga wave and place the flag on the top of the boulder. Victor was inspired by him and became his student. When Victor has learned how to maintain balance on the surfboard riding the wave, Jan was pleased and went onto his journey.
