Synopsis
Ash and co. are still treking to Olivine City by walking across a field. They notice an odd pattern in the grass and soon they get bombarded. The one responsible was a young boy named Skyler who was doing it as practice for a ballooning competition. They also meet his father who designs hot air balloons and agrees to make a Pikachu balloon. Team Rocket decides to enter the race with their Meowth balloon.
