The Itemfinder is a key item from Generation I to Gen III to find hidden items. For Pokémon Diamond, Pearl and Platinum, this item is replaced by the Dowsing Machine App on the Pokétch. For Pokémon HeartGold and SoulSilver, this item is replaced by the Dowsing Machine in the Key Items slot. For Pokémon Black and White it's a dowsing machine gps on key items.
