Isis is a Pokemon Breeder who appeared in Bibarel Knaws Best. She is voiced by Bella Hudson.
Biography
Isis was a worker who participated in the construction of a bridge. She appears with a Bibarel who carves the stone for the bridge. However, she was in trouble, as Bibarel wouldn't listen to her.
