Hocus is first seen in Tilt Village, where he performs illusions for the children. Unbeknownst to the player he is an elite member of the Societea, an organization planning to retrieve the Golden Armor. Along with Kasa, Arley, and Edward, he fights the player and ends up being whisked away near the Union.
