In battle

Though a normal-type move naturally, Hidden Power's type can change depending on the user's IVs. Hidden Power does damage to the target. In a Double Battle, Hidden Power can target any Pokémon around the user. In a Triple Battle, Hidden Power can only target a Pokémon that's adjacent to the user.
