Harrison's Sneasel first appeared in Pop Goes the Sneasel where it appeared as a wild pokemon, but it was later captured by Harrison.

Biography
Snesel first appeared Pop Goes the Sneasel whre it appeared as a wild pokemon along a Machop and Machoke who they were blocking people from accesing Ho-Oh's flame, it also appeared to be the leader of the gang.
