A Harlequin is a trainer class first introduced in Generation V. They are very similar to the Juggler and Clown classes. They first appeared in Castelia City, which they were in the Gym. One Clown later appears in a festival held by Alder. Harlequins then later appear in areas where there are "tightropes" above tall, dark grass, hence the circus theme.
