Hail is a weather move in which makes a hailstorm, this damages all Pokémon except Ice type Pokémon, this move only lasts 5 turns, this duration can be extended if the Pokémon who used the move is holding an Icy Rock

Effects

• Damages all Pokémon except Ice type Pokémon
• This weather helps Pokémon with the abilities Snow Cloak, and Ice Body
• Castform Forecast ability changes to Ice type
• Weather Ball changes to Ice type and increases power
• Blizzard never misses, increases power by 1.5% and can break Protect
