H POKé is a Glitch Pokémon found in Pokemon R/G/B/Y, either through the Mew Glitch/Ditto Trick, or from hacking. However, when I say hacking, I don't mean that it will suddenly appear in your party, Bad EGG-style. No, what I mean is hacking as in hacking: a code to make it appear in the wild. That sort of hacking.
