h POKé is a glitch Pokémon found in Pokemon Red and Blue. It can only be encountered using a cheat device or the third method of the Mew Glitch with a Special Stat of 195. It is usually not harmful, but it does, on rare occasions, lock the game if you check it's Pokédex data. This can be avoided if you've caught a Gengar before.
