HM02 is an HM containing Fly.

Locations

Generation I

RGBY: This can be obtained in a house near the Cycling Road close to Celadon City.

Generation II

GSC: This can be obtained by defeating Chuck and exiting out of the gym, alerting Chuck's wife, thus giving the HM.

Generation III

RSE: This can be obtained by defeating your rival before entering Fortree City.
FRLG: This can be obtained in a house near the Cycling Road close to Celadon City.

Generation IV

DPPt: In Solaceon Town, when Dawn ask you for help, and you beat the Team Galactic . Looker will ask you to follow him, when you've entered the Headquarters you'll see the PokéBall that contains the HM02.
HGSS: This can be obtained by defeating Chuck and exiting out of the gym, alerting Chuck's wife, thus giving the HM.

Generation V

BW: It is obtained by defeating Bianca in Driftveil City.
B2W2: Bianca gives you it when you first enter Route 5.

Generation VI

XY: Given to the player at the Seaside Station by Professor Sycamore in Coumarine City.
ORAS: Brendan/May gives you it once you've defeated them on Route 119.
