He is an executive in Team Rocket. He is one of the victims that the Mask of Ice kidnapped. He went up the corprate ladder faster than his colleagues such as Chermaine, Will, Karen, and Silver. Chermaine got closet to him. She would have been an executive but Ariana took her place, so now she is Grey's secretary. He is first appeared in Golden Boys Manga with other characters (Not necessarily bad).
