Go-Rock Quads

The Go-Rock Quads

The Go-Rock Quads are a group of four sibling musicians that appear in the Pokémon Ranger series. The band consists of four members: Billy, Garret, Clyde and Tiffany, with Billy the oldest and Tiffany the youngest. They are all the children of Gordor, the boss of the Go Rock Squad. In the first Pokémon Ranger game, they wielded unusual stylers in the form of instruments that they use to control Pokémon.

Plot

The quartet is first met in Olive Jungle when they introduce themselves to the Player. Throughout the game, they oversee the Go-Rock Squads actions such as searching for legendary Pokémon and guarding Go-Rock Squad facilities. Tiffany, Clyde, and Garret are fought twice throughout the game and Bill, the group's leader, is fought in the last battle in the Go-Rock Squad's Base. After being defeated, Billy reveals the quartet's relationship with Gordor before activating the base's self destruct feature to vent his frustration at losing. Knowing that their father will never forgive them for destroying the base, the group cuts their ties with him and the Go-Rock Squad to start from nothing and escape. They are last seen in the credits, performing as a regular band in front of the Fall City clock tower.

In Shadow's of Almia, the quartet have abandoned their evil ways and act as a legitimate band and have become popular. They are hired by Altru Inc. to perform for the company's 100th anniversary, even being given a song call "the dream energy" created by the company's president, Blake Hall. However, the song was quite horrible and Clyde was so disgusted by it, he left to create his own song, missing out on several of the groups practice performances. After the events of Operation Brighton, the band plays a song inspired by an ancient legend of Almia.

In Guardian Signs, the quartet play a part in the final Quest in which the Player has to find the scattered members of the band. The quartet split up to try and find the most unique thing about Oblivia and in the end, the unanimously declare it to be Ukulele Pichu, who they ask to join their broadcast at Wireless Tower.

Appearances

All four members have wild, rockstar-esque hair, all a light blue sans Tiffany (a light pink). They all also have jackets, Tiffany's and Clyde's worn open.

Billy, the eldest of the four, has his hair styled in two spiky sections, one jutting to each side of his head. His jacket, worn mostly closed, is black with a fringed segment near the neck, with matching pants visible from underneath. Both his hairstyle and his position as the eldest sibling are traits shared with Ludwig von Koopa of the Koopalings from the Super Mario Bros games.

Second-eldest Garrett has the most normal of the three male members' hairstyles, his fully-closed jacket white with a flame design at the bottom. His jacket reaches closer to the ground than Billy's, and since it's fully closed his outfit underneath is unknown.

Clyde, second youngest, has basically a downward-angled version of Billy's hairstyle, his blue jacket worn fully open to show off a light red shirt and blue jeans held up by a belt.

Tiffany, the youngest of the four and the only girl, has light pink hair reaching longer than her brothers' and a pinkish-purple jacket worn fully open like Clyde's blue one. Beneath the jacket is a light purple minidress with what looks like a white belt across her midriff, plus white knee-high boots with a light purple toe area. Her boots appear to have a slight heel as seen in the Pokémon Ranger comic 'W Mission Story' from a side angle.
